The proposed roof extension has been designed thoroughly following the characteristic architectural style that can be found in the area. Specifically for the Grade II listed ensemble in 24-54 Manor Road 24-54 and 2-32 Bethune Road. 

The new roof extension will provide an upgrade in the attic spaces to the property by achieving a standard internal floor to ceiling height of 2400mm. The new roof will be thermally and acoustically insulated to provide the maximum comfort within the new spaces.

The proposal will not only be providing good quality spaces to the residents, but also a high quality and designed extension roof that will contribute to the character of the area with the minimal visual impact. From the inside, a big focus is put to provide constant views to the wonderful greenery at Abney Park.
