The flat is at the top floor of a converted house within the Brownswood Conservation Area. 

The biggest asset of the flat are the windows facing three winds which the proposal wanted to enhance by opening up the space and allowing both the crossed views and the daylight as much as possible. 

Due to a minimal budget, the core structure of the flat is retained and both the kitchen and the bathroom remain in their existing locations to avoid any services alteration. 

Planning granted by Hackney Council in relation to the replacement of all windows.
