N4 Architecture's first and most personal project involved a top-floor flat in the historic Brownswood Conservation Area. The flat's primary asset—its expansive windows offering views in three directions—inspired the design to maximize natural light and cross-ventilation.

To respect the project's limited budget, the core structure and existing kitchen and bathroom layouts were retained. However, by creating an open-plan layout, the space was reconfigured to fully capitalize on the stunning views and abundant daylight.
