Redcliffe Gardens

The property is located in Recliffe Gardens: one of the finest streets in The Boltons Conservation Area characterised by a wide street, mature trees, ample front gardens and large gault brick houses. The street was built from 1865 to 1873 using the Italianate palette of details seen across the area.

The proposal seeks to refurbish the front garden at 6 Redcliffe Gardens to keep the building in a good state as well as provide better usage of the lightwell area. The proposal is both respectful with the characteristic features of the area, and uplifts the appearance of this arrival space.
