The property at Sussex Gardens is a flat within a Grade II Listed Building. The project involved a thoughtful reconfiguration of the layout, repositioning the kitchen to take full advantage of the stunning views towards the square while meticulously reinstating original features such as cornices and windows. During the works, a pre-existing structure was uncovered and beautifully integrated into the design, adding a unique character to the space. The kitchen, in particular, stands out as truly one of a kind.

Every room in the flat boasts magnificent views, and even the windowless corridor was transformed into a feature space with a vaulted ceiling and an oversized fanlight, ensuring no area is deprived of natural daylight.
